How We Do It
Erect safe scaffolding around the chimney stack for secure working access. Rake out damaged, weathered mortar joints and replace crumbling bricks. Re-haunch the chimney crown with fresh mortar and secure loose pots. Renew lead flashings around the base of the stack to seal against leaks.

Most chimney repairs and repointing jobs take 1 to 2 days depending on scaffold requirements.
