Inspect the exterior flashing kit and interior seals around the roof window. Strip back surrounding tiles and remove faulty flashing or old window units. Install new flashing kits or fit a brand new Velux window with weather-tight seals. Reinstate roof tiles and test thoroughly against water ingress.
